Raspberry Peach Chipotle Wings

Ingredients
- 20 chicken wings (drums or wings, your choice)
- 1 Tbsp. aluminum-free* baking powder (NOT baking soda)
- 1/2 tsp. salt

½ jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Raspberry Peach Chipotle Sauce
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together the baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Toss in wings.
You do not need to coat the entire wings, the idea behind the baking powder is to change the PH of the wings so they come out of the oven nice and crispy.
Place wings on rack and cook for 30 minutes. Flip wings and cook for another 20-30 minutes, until preferred crispiness.
