Ingredients
2 petit strip steaks (approximately 6-8 ounces each)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Olive oil
-
Terrapin Ridge Farms Horseradish Squeeze
Directions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F to 450°F).
Season the petit strip steaks generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper on both sides.
Drizzle olive oil over the steaks and rub it in to coat evenly
Place the seasoned steaks directly on the grill grates and close the lid.
Grill the steaks for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they develop a nice sear and grill marks
Once the steaks have reached your desired level of doneness (around 125°F for medium-rare), remove them from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes.
After resting, slice the steaks against the grain into thin strips
To serve, drizzle the Terrapin Ridge Farms Horseradish Squeeze over the sliced steak
Enjoy your delicious grilled reverse-seared petit strip steak with Terrapin Ridge Farms horseradish sauce!
