Sometimes, you just crave a hot, meaty, and cheesy sandwich. Look no further. This roast
beef melt offers a slight twist on the classic and is honestly a little more decadent. Piled
high with thinly sliced roast beef along with slices of creamy Gouda and a generous spread
of our Roasted Garlic Horseradish dip, it’s all sandwiched between a soft salty pretzel bun
and broiled to perfection. And if you want to add a little green…we love adding a small
handful of peppery arugula just before serving.

Ingredients
4 pretzel buns (brioche or onion buns work well, too)
1 lb. thinly sliced road beef, divided
8 slices gouda cheese (Cheddar and provolone are also great options)
-
8 tbsp. Terrapin Ridge Farms Roasted Garlic Horseradish dip, divided
1 ½ cups arugula, divided
Directions
Preheat your oven broiler. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper. Place the bun halves on the lined pan. Spread each half with 1 tbsp. of our roasted garlic horseradish dip then top each half with a slice of cheese. On the bottom halves, pile up the roast beef (4 ounces per sandwich)
Place in the oven on the top rack and broil until cheese is melted and slightly bubbly(this will only take a couple minutes)
Remove from the oven and assemble sandwiches with a very small handful of arugula on each.
