Terrapin Ridge Farms Tropical Tequila Sauce
Egg, Whisked
Oil for frying and to coat Salmon
Flour
Favorite Seasoning (Chili Powder is a great choice)
Soft Rolls
Toppings: sliced tomatoes, lettuce, favorite cheese

Coat salmon in oil and seasoning
Mix seasoning in flour together
Dip salmon in egg, then flour mixture
Fry salmon in pan in oil until golden on each side
Assemble roll with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and top with Tropical Tequilla Sauce
