    Polish Kielbasa Grilled Cheese Sandwich

    Ingredients:

    • Sharp Cheddar Cheese

    • Monterey Jack Cheese

    • Chopped Polish Kielbasa

    • Terrapin Ridge Farms Dill Pickle Mustard

      Directions:

      Warm pan on medium heat and add 1/2 tbsp of butter or oil. Add sausage and cook whole until evenly brown. Set aside to cool. Evenly spread butter on the outside of both sides of bread. Next, add a generous amount of Terrapin Ridge Farms Dill Pickle Mustard on the inside of both bread pieces. Cut your sausage into cubes and place on sandwich and top with desired cheeses. Toast sandwich in the same pan as your sausage until golden and crisp. Enjoy!

      Gluten Free Turkey and Pesto Aioli Sandwich 

      Ingredients: 

      • @scharglutenfree Baguette

      • Sliced Honey Turkey

      • Applewood Smoked Bacon

      • Havarti Cheese

      • Fresh Spring Greens

      • Heirloom Tomato Slices

      • Mayonnaise

      • Terrapin Ridge Farms Pesto Aioli

        Directions:

        Preheat your skillet and cook bacon to desired crispiness. Slice baguette lengthwise and evenly spread mayonnaise on both sides. Place sliced turkey, Havarti cheese, bacon, and sliced tomato on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add your lettuce and then top it off with a generous amount of Pesto Aioli Garnishing Squeeze. Cut in half and enjoy!

        Pesto Pickle Turkey Sandwich 

        Ingredients:

        • Choice of bread

        • Choice of cheese

        • Terrapin Ridge Farms Pesto Aioli

        • Pickle Spears

        • Mayo

        • Mustard

          Directions:

          Preheat your skillet while you evenly butter your bread on both sides. Add a light layer of mayo to one piece of bread and mustard to the other side. Next, slice your pickle spears longways. Place pickles, sliced turkey and cheese on the sandwich. Next, garnish with a hefty amount of Pesto Aioli. Heat up on the skillet until bread is slightly golden. Enjoy!

          Upside down Puff Pastry French Sandwich

          Ingredients: 

          • Dijon Mustard

          • Sliced Virginia Ham

          • French Cheese or Brie cheese    

          • Terrapin Ridge Farms Apple Maple Bacon Jam

          • Fresh Thyme Leaves

          • Puff Pastry

          • Eggs

          • Parmesan Cheese

              Directions:

              Start by spreading 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, layer with 1 slice of Virginia ham folded, 1 thick slice of Saint André French Cheese (you can also use Brie cheese), a dollop of Apple maple Bacon jam, fresh thyme leaves, then lay a piece of puff pastry over everything and use the back of a fork to press and seal the pastry to the parchment paper. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle finely grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes util the pastry is golden and crispy. Let cool for 10 minutes then garnish with thyme sprigs. Hope you enjoy!

              Chicken & Waffle Sandwich

               Ingredients:

              • Crispy chicken Breast

              • 2 Belgian Waffles

              • Cheddar Cheese

              • Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Habanero Bacon Jam

              • Peanut Oil

              • Flour

                  Directions:

                  In a large pot, heat oil to 300 degrees. Add flour and seasonings to outside of chicken breast. Carefully add the chicken to the fry oil and fry for about 4-6 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees. Remove chicken and lay on paper towels to absorb excess grease and set aside. Next, warm up your waffles and top with cheese until melted. Add your fried chicken breast and dollop a hefty amount of Hot Habanero Bacon Jam. Enjoy!

                  Turkey, Ham, and Egg Wrap with Creamy Garlic

                  Ingredients:

                  • Choice of wrap

                  • Terrapin Ridge Farms Creamy Garlic Mustard

                  • Thinly sliced Honey Ham

                  • Thinly Sliced Turkey

                  • Lettuce

                  • Eggs

                  • Your choice of Seasonings

                  On your choice of wrap, spread creamy garlic mustard evenly. Add choice of seasonings. Add choice of toppings and mayo. Cook egg to you desire, and let cool. Add turkey, ham, and egg. Roll tightly and make sure to tuck those ends in well. Cut in half, and enjoy!

                  • Honey Roasted Peanut Butter

                      Cook rotisserie chicken and set aside. Lightly warm up a skillet to cook your sandwich.Butter the outside of your bread on both sides. Spread your peanut butter on the inside of your bread on both sides. Next, top with cooked chicken, choice of cheese, and Blueberry Bourbon Pecan Jam. Your skillet should be warm and ready for you to cook your sandwich. Place the sandwich on warm skillet and wait until the bread is nice and crispy and the cheese is ooey-gooey! Cut in half. Enjoy!
                      Wagyu Steak Sandwich

                      Ingredients:

                      • Hot dog brioche bun, or choice of baguette

                      • Wagyu Flap Steak

                      • Terrapin Ridge Farms Bacon Pepper Dip

                      • Onions

                      • Choice of white cheese

                      • Garlic Seasoning

                      • Pepper

                      • Lettuce

                      • Butter

                      • Worcester Sauce

                        Directions:

                        First, create a sauce by combining Bacon Pepper Dip, butter, and seasoning together in small bowl. Mix well and set aside. Tenderize and season wagyu beef. Heat skillet on med/high with 1/2 tbsp butter. Cook steak to desired temp. Set aside and place cheese on top while warm. In same pan, toss in thinly sliced onions and seasonings. Sauté until brown. Add provolone cheese until melted. Build sandwich with the sauce you made, sliced steak, lettuce, onions, and cheese. Cut in half. Enjoy!

                        Ingredients:

                        • Sour dough, toasted

                        • Pepper jack cheese

                        • Filet mignon

                        • Arugula

                        Tenderize and season steak to your liking. Set aside. Peel, half, and slice onion. Saute onions and mushrooms with 1/4 tbsp butter or oil on med/high heat. Cook steak to just under temp of your choice, set aside. Slice sourdough toast, add pepper jack cheese toast in oven at 350 until cheese melted. Build sandwich. Add hot habanero bacon jam, sriracha horseradish aioli, arugula, mushrooms, onions, and steak. Enjoy!

                            Ingredients:

                            • Toasted whole wheat bun    

                            • Green Cabbage

                            • Greek Yogurt

                            • Avocado

                              Create your green cabbage slaw to your liking. Set in fridge to cool. In a large bowl, combine and mix canned salmon, 1 egg, bread crumbs, and desired seasonings. Shape into patties. Cook in skillet with 1 tbsp butter on medium heat until you have a nice golden brown. Set aside to cool. Toast bun in same skillet. Build your sandwich with patty, slaw, and sliced avocado. Drizzle with a hefty amount of Sriracha Horseradish Aioli. Enjoy!
