Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1//2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup (or to taste) cilantro
- Thai Chili pepper
- S&P to taste
- 4 thick slices of sweet bread
- 1/2 tbsp ghee

Directions
Mix eggs, onions, cilantro and Thai chili pepper together.
Heat up your pan on med - med/high heat and add in ghee about 1 minute before you will add the bread.
Dip the bread into the egg mixture and add to stove. Heat until golden brown.
Drizzle Nashville Hot Spice Mustard on the French Toast as desired.
