Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef (from Snake River Farms)
1 white onion, diced
¼ cup diced pickles
American Cheese
Brioche Buns

4 tbsp Terrapin Ridge Farms Everything Aioli
2 tbsp Lanes BBQ Lil Spicy BBQ sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp pickle juice
Pinch of The Spice Guy Colorado Campfire and Fusion Flavors USA Habanero Sweet

Directions
Brown the diced onion and ground beef over medium-high heat.
Season the onion and beef with The Spice Guy Colorado Campfire or Smokey BBQ Rub, and add Mis Rubins Seasonings Steak Marinade.
Preheat the Traeger grill to 350°F and toast the brioche buns.
Prepare the special sauce by combining Everything Aioli, Lil Spicy BBQ sauce, ketchup, pickle juice, and a pinch of Colorado Campfire and Habanero Sweet.
Assemble the burgers by spreading the special sauce on the toasted buns, then adding the seasoned ground beef.
Top the beef with diced pickles, American cheese slices, and additional Everything Aioli.
Cook the assembled burgers on the Traeger grill until the cheese has melted
