Terrapin Ridge Farms Bang Bang Sauce
Directions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Season the shrimp and chicken breast piece with salt and pepper, then drizzle them with olive oil to coat evenly.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers, making sure not to overcrowd them.
- Place the chicken breast piece on the grill, ensuring it is evenly spaced.
- Grill the shrimp skewers and chicken breast piece for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque and the chicken is cooked through with grill marks.
- Once the shrimp and chicken breast piece are cooked, remove them from the grill and arrange them on a serving platter.
- Drizzle the Terrapin Ridge Farms Bang Bang Sauce generously over the grilled shrimp and chicken breast piece.
- Serve immediately, garnished with cooked vegetables (or any side you crave)
