Directions
Preheat the Traeger grill to 225°F
Carefully unwrap the cold cream cheese packs. Using your hands, fuse them together on an oiled skillet or baking sheet
With the back of a spoon or a spatula, smooth out the top surface to cover any lines
Season the top surface and sides with Meat Church Texas Sugar rub
Carefully and lightly, score a crosshatch pattern on the top surface
Place in the smoker for 25-30 minutes or keep it on 225°F until ready for serving
