Smokey Onion Open Faced Cheddar Tomato Sandwich

Have this bubbly, smokey sandwich for lunch, as an appetizer or snack.Author: Terrapin Ridge Farms
Ingredients
2 English Muffins, packaged
- 2 Tbsp Butter
-
¼ cup Terrapin Ridge Farms Smokey Onion Mustard
- 4 slices Ripe Tomatoes
- 4 slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 8 slices Cooked bacon, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to broil. Butter each English muffin.
Spread each with one tablespoon of Terrapin Ridge Farms Smokey Onion Mustard.
Place a slice of tomato on each. Top each with a slice of cheddar cheese.
Place sandwiches on baking sheet and broil five inches from heat for four minutes or until cheese melts and is bubbly.
