Southwest Cheeseburger with Avo Cilantro Lime Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
4 individual premade pizza crusts
1 (14-ounce) jar pizza sauce
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 jalapeño, sliced
1 (16-ounce) bag shredded Colby Jack cheese

Terrapin Ridge Farms Avo Cilantro Lime Dressing, for drizzling
Nonstick cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven according to the pizza crust package directions.
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles, until fully cooked and no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
Line one or two baking sheets with aluminum foil and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the individual pizza crusts on the prepared baking sheets.
Spoon pizza sauce evenly over each crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle shredded Colby Jack cheese evenly over the sauce.
Top each pizza with cooked ground beef, sliced red onion and jalapeño.
Bake according to the pizza crust package directions, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is heated through and lightly crisp.
Remove from the oven and drizzle each pizza with Terrapin Ridge Farms Avo Cilantro Lime Dressing. Serve warm and enjoy!
