Spicy Chipotle Infused Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound large shell pasta noodles
- 5 ounces half-and-half

2/3 cup Terrapin Ridge Farms Spicy Chipotle Squeeze
- 6 ounces American cheese, chopped or shredded
- 4 ounces extra-sharp Cheddar, shredded (about 1 cup)
- 4 ounces Havarti, shredded (about 1 cup)
Directions
Bring a large part of heavily salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until it is al dente, according to package directions. Drain and reserve.
Combine Terrapin Ridge Farms Spicy Chipotle Squeeze and the half and half in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook & whisk until it simmers.
Stir in the Cheddar and Harvati, continue cooking over low heat. Stir until all cheese is melted. Add the pasta to cheese and BBQ sauce mixture.
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot! Best enjoyed cuddled up on a couch or at a BBQ gathering.
