Ingredients

Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
aged cheddar (cubed)
smoked gouda (sliced)
brie (baked with TRF Hot Pepper Bacon Jam on top)
sliced salami
spicy peppered salami
sliced beef summer sausage
red grapes
figs
blueberries & blackberries
butter crackers or water crackers
toasted baguette slices
roasted almonds
green olives
rosemary sprigs for garnish
Directions
Bake Brie with Hot Pepper Bacon Jam: Place brie in an oven-safe dish. Spoon Hot Pepper Bacon Jam over the top. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until gooey. Serve warm directly on the board.
Place the baked brie in a ramekin or shallow bowl slightly off-center. Add a spoon for serving.
Keep the jar of Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam on the board for guests to use with cheese and crackers.
Arrange cheeses in groups around the board—cubed cheddar, slices of gouda, and others.
Fan the meats into semi-circles or folded stacks.
