You can make these sliders with leftover ham! This is a great lunch, dinner or backyard appetizer recipe!

Ingredients

Brioche Rolls or Hawaiian Rolls, seeded or add Everything Seasoning before cooking
Butter
Sugar
Sliced Ham, can be leftover holiday ham
Swiss Cheese
Terrapin Ridge Farms' Hot Habanero Bacon Jam

Directions

Place the rolls in a buttered cast iron skillet.
Layer on cheese, Terrapin Ridge Farm's Hot Habanero Bacon Jam and ham.
Sprinkle with Everything Seasoning and Sugar.
Smoke on your @traegergrills at 325°F for 15 min and enjoy!

Other tips from castironskillz for this recipe: use Meat Church Texas Sugar, Snake River Farms Korabuta Ham and add Everything Seasoning to the rolls before the cast iron goes into the Traeger grill.
