Sweet Red Onion Smoky Sausage Salad

Delicious smoked sausage, goat cheese and sweet peaches combine with our Sweet Red Onion White Balsamic Dressing magically. This salad is perfect all year round, although we love to serve it during peach season.Author: Terrapin Ridge Farms
Ingredients
- 4 large fresh peaches, halved

Terrapin Ridge Farms Sweet Red Onion White Balsamic Dressing
- 1 red onion
- Cooking spray
- Desired amount of Italian sausage links (we suggest about 1 lb)
- 5 oz spring salad blend
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
Directions
Pre-heat grill.
Halve peaches and cut onions into thick pieces. Coat both with cooking spray and set aside.
Grill sausages approximately 10 minutes or until grill marked.
Grill onions and peaches until grill marked.
Roughly chop sausage and onions. Add to spring salad blend.
Place the grilled peaches and goat cheese on top of salad.
Drizzle salad with Terrapin Ridge Farms Sweet Red Onion White Balsamic Dressing and enjoy this delicious, crave worthy salad.
