Terrapin Ridge Farms Balsamic Onion Jam
Cheesy broccoli rice casserole
Baby potatoes
Cheese curds
Garlic bread
Spiceopedia Texas Brisket seasoning
Truffle infused salt
Truffle oil
Directions
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat for the T-Bone steaks.
Season the T-Bone steaks generously on both sides with Spiceopedia Texas Brisket seasoning.
Place the seasoned T-Bone steaks on the preheated grill or grill pan and cook to your desired level of doneness, flipping halfway through. Use a meat thermometer like the Meater Block to monitor the internal temperature for your preferred doneness.
While the T-Bone steaks are cooking, prepare the cheesy broccoli rice casserole according to the package instructions.
Wash the baby potatoes and boil them in a pot of salted water until they are fork-tender. Drain the potatoes and set them aside.
Prepare the cheese curd bruschetta by slicing the garlic bread into thick slices. Toast the garlic bread slices until they are golden brown and crispy.
In a bowl, mix together the cheese curds, truffle infused salt, and truffle oil until well combined.
Top each toasted garlic bread slice with the cheese curd mixture.
Once the T-Bone steaks are cooked to your liking, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Slice the T-Bone steaks into thick slices.
To serve, plate the cheesy broccoli rice casserole, baby potatoes, and cheese curd bruschetta alongside the sliced T-Bone steaks.
Garnish the T-Bone steaks with a generous dollop of Terrapin Ridge Farms Balsamic Onion Jam
