Ingredients

Terrapin Ridge Farms’ Apple Maple Bacon Jam
Package of ready to Bake Croissants or Pillsbury Crescent Roll
Block of Gruyere Cheese, cut into ½” x 2” rectangles
Directions
Unroll the croissant dough and lay on clean counter or butcher block.
Cut dough into rectangles. Spread Terrapin Ridge Farms’ Apple Maple Bacon Jam generously on dough.
Place rectangle of Gruyere cheese on jam & dough and roll.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 for about 15 min or until golden brown.
