Preheat oven to 425° F.
On a cutting board slice each breast from top to bottom into 6 pieces.
In a bowl mix Terrapin Ridge Farm's Creamy Garlic Mustard Dip, Cracked Black Pepper, Salt, and 2 TBSP water. Add chicken pieces and mix to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for one hour.
Soak bamboo skewers in hot water for 10 minutes (this stops them from burning in the oven). Thread chicken pieces from top to bottom on soaked bamboo skewers.
Place chicken skewers on a rack of a roasting pan lined with foil. Cook for 5 minutes per side.
Serve warm with additional dip or your favorite Terrapin Ridge Farm's Mustard.
