Terrapin Ridge Farms’ Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip

Terrapin Ridge Farms’ Garlic Kraut Mustard
Wild Caught Sockeye Salmon
Live Pacha Bread
Ancho Chiles, (jarred) drained
Cream Cheese
Butter
Salt & Pepper
Dill Sprigs
Directions
Slice Live Pacha bread. Butter and fry, both sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Blend Cream Cheese and Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip Together in mixer, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Generously spread Terrapin Ridge Farms’ Garlic Kraut Mustard on top of Wild Caught sockeye salmon. With a fork gently mash the Garlic Kraut into the salmon.
Assembly: Top the fried Live Pacha bread with the Terrapin Ridge Farms’ Onion Blossom Horseradish Cream cheese spread. Lay the Garlic Kraut Mustard Salmon over and top with ancho chiles and dill sprigs. Dig in!
