Terrapin Ridge Farms’ Spicy Chipotle Garnishing Squeeze
Braised Brisket
Corn Tortillas
Pico de gallo
Mango, diced
Guacamole or sliced Avocados
Directions
Slice prepared Braised Brisket.
Warm corn tortillas on the grill.
Assemble by placing brisket in tacos, add diced mango, guacamole, pico de gallo and generously squeeze Terrapin Ridge Farms’ Spicy Chipotle on top!

Note: Inspired by @grillerguy, who prepared the brisket by first browning on all sides on grill and then braised in a cast iron skillet. The stock consisted of beef stock, red wine vinegar, worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onions and jalapenos.
