        Whether you're a die-hard fan or just enjoy the lively atmosphere, there's no denying that football and fantastic food go hand in hand. To make the most of tailgate food season, try one of our irresistible slider recipes.

    Louisiana Hot Buffalo Chicken Sliders

    Ingredients:

    • Shredded Buffalo Chicken

    • Slider Buns

    • Red onion

    • Blue cheese crumbles

    • Louisiana Hot Sauce

    • Dill Pickle Mustard

      Directions:

      Slow cook chicken in Louisiana hot sauce and honey mixture until shredded. Evenly spread Dill Pickle Mustard on the inside of bread. Build slider with shredded chicken, red onion, blue cheese crumbles, and a dash more hot sauce if desired! Enjoy!

      Spicy Chipotle Brisket Sliders

      Ingredients: 

      • King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

      • Chopped brisket

      • Pickled red onions

      • Provolone cheese

      • Pecan herb butter

      • Sweet pickles @wicklespickles

      • Everything Spicy seasoning @flavorgod

      • Spicy Chipotle

        Pickled Red Onions: 
        • 1 red onion (thinly sliced)
        • 1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
        • 1 tablespoons of salt
        • 1/3 cup sugar
        • 1 tablespoon of (Flavorgod Everything Spicy) @flavorgod
        • Combine all ingredients, heat to a boil, mix and remove from heat. Refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours.
        Pecan Rosemary Butter:
        • 1 stick of butter
        • 1/3 cup Emerald glazed pecans
        • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
        • 1 tablespoon rosemary (chopped)
        • Pulse the pecans and rosemary in a food processor.
        • Add mixed ingredients into a bowl with butter and maple syrup.
        • Mix with a fork, adding onto cling wrap.
        • Simply roll up, twisting the ends and put in the refrigerator. Melt for brushing on sliders.
        Directions:

        Slice King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls lengthwise, then add chopped brisket, pickled red onions, pickles and provolone cheese to the bottom rolls (then place top rolls back on) Make your pecan herb butter and brush on top of rolls. Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes. They are ready when the cheese has melted and the buns are golden brown.

        Lunch Meat Skillet Sliders

        Ingredients:

        • Seasoned Brioche Rolls or Hawaiian Rolls (add everything seasoning to the top if you can’t find seeded brioche rolls)

        • Swiss Cheese

        • Hot Habanero Bacon Jam @terrapinridgefarms

        • Sliced Ham

          Directions:

          All you have to do is places rolls in a buttered skillet, with cheese, jam, ham, more cheese, and another round of jam in between the rolls. Smoke on your @traegergrills at 325F for 15 minutes and enjoy!

          Applewood Pork Tenderloin

          Ingredients: 

          • Pork Loin

          • Seasoning

          • Hot Pepper Bacon Jam @terrapinridgefarms 

          • Blue Cheese Crumbles

          • Choice of mustard

              Directions:

              Season your meat and cook in your smoker for 30 minutes at 300 F. Set aside to cool. On you slider buns, spread hot pepper bacon jam on one side, and your choice of mustard on the other side. Slice pork loin into slider size pieces, and place on bun. Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles on top. Enjoy!

              Pork Loin Sliders with Tropical Tequila Sauce

               Ingredients:

              • Pork Loin

              • Tropical Tequila Sauce @terrapinridgefarms 

              • Choice of meat seasoning 

              • Garlic seasoning

              • American Cheese

              • Olive Oil

              • Garlic seasoning

              • Salt 

              • Pepper

                  Directions:

                  Cook pork loin first by preheating your oven to 400 degrees F. Rub all sides of the pork with desired seasonings. Cook the pork loin for 10 minutes. Next, lower your oven temperature to 350 degrees F and continue to cook your roast for 20 mins. Set aside to cool. In a bowl, combine diced pork loin, more seasoning if desired, and Tropical Tequila Sauce. Mix everything well. Place your bottom layer of your buns, diced pork loin, and cheese on top. Place top bun layer on top. In a bowl, mix olive oil and garlic seasoning, brush on top of slider buns. Place in smoker at 350 F for about 15 minuets. After 15 mins, bun tops should be brown and cheese should be melted. Enjoy!

                  Roasted Pineapple Habanero Sliders

                   Ingredients:

                  • Cream Cheese

                  • Bacon

                  • Grilled Chicken

                  • Pineapple Habanero Sauce @terrapinridgefarms

                      Directions:

                      To start combine 8 oz of soften cream cheese, 1/2 cup of chopped crispy bacon, 1 1/2 cups of chopped grilled chicken, and 1 cup of Pineapple habanero sauce. Mix that together and set aside. Then cut your rolls lengthwise in half and spread the mixture onto the bottom buns, then top it with sliced cheddar cheese and place into your smoker or oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
