These Thai Chile Guava Glazed Chicken Wings are subtly spicy, perfectly sweet, and a seriously nice alternative to your traditional fried and buffalo sauced wings. Not only are grilled wings substantially healthier for you, they are also way less messy since there is no pan of oil to deal with. Juicy and with a nice char, we are sure these wings are going to be your new go-to for game day or a spring/summer barbeque.

Ingredients
1 pound chicken wings, split
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons avocado oil
½ cup Terrapin Ridge Farms Thai Chile Guava Jam
2 tablespoons Tamari or soy sauce
1 tablespoon white or rice vinegar
2 teaspoons lime juice
For the Thai Guava Glaze
Directions
In a bowl, toss the wings with salt, ground ginger, garlic powder, and avocado oil until evenly coated. Let sit for at least 15 minutes while preheating the grill.
Preheat the Grill – Heat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
Arrange the wings in a single layer and grill for about 15–20 minutes, flipping occasionally, until crispy and cooked through (165 degrees with an instant-read thermometer)
While the wings cook, heat the guava jam, soy sauce, lime juice, and vinegar in a small saucepan over low heat. Whisk until smooth and slightly thickened, about 3–5 minutes.
Glaze the Wings – During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush the wings generously with the guava glaze. Flip and glaze again, allowing the sauce to caramelize slightly.
Let the wings rest for a few minutes before serving with extra glaze on the side.
