Thai Chili Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

1 Cup Terrapin Ridge Thai Chili Guava Jam
½ Cup Peanut Butter (Crunchy preferably)
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
1 ½ Teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 ½ Teaspoons Ground Ginger
2-4 Tablespoons water
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except the water.
Once all ingredients are blended add the water to desired consistency (less for thicker cooking sauce and more for dressing consistency)
