Ingredients

½ cup Terrapin Ridge Tropical Tequila Sauce
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup coconut, shredded, toasted and divided
- ¼ - ½ cup almonds, sliced and toasted
Directions
Combine cream cheese, Tropical Tequila Sauce and ¼ cup coconut.
Shape into a ball. Roll in remaining coconut and almonds.
Cover and refrigerate until serving.
