Tropical Tequila Shrimp Kabobs over Rice

Terrapin Ridge Farms Tropical Tequila Sauce
- Shrimp
- Pineapple, cubed
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat grill to 350 degrees.
Build kabobs with shrimp and pineapple. Then, place on the grill for 10 minutes. Flip the kababs after the 10 minutes.
Brush on the Terrapin Ridge Farms Tropical Tequila Sauce and continue grilling for another 8 minutes.
- Add on some extra sauce or have sauce on the side for dipping, if desired.
- Serve with your favorite rice. Add Tropical Tequila to the rice while hot for an extra kick.
