Turkey, Spinach, and Apple Sandwich with Apple Cider Maple Dressing

Ingredients
2 slices sourdough bread
2 slices white cheddar cheese
4 pieces of oven roasted turkey
½ a gala apple, thinly sliced
¼ cup fresh spinach

3 tablespoons Terrapin Ridge Farms Apple Cider Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
Directions
Toast sourdough bread and then melt white cheddar cheese slices on one piece ofbread.
Top the cheese with turkey and spinach, then drizzle with 2 tablespoons Terrapin Ridge Farms Apple Cider Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Add apples over the spinach, sprinkle with salt and top with a second piece of sourdough.
Cut the sandwich in half and serve with 1 additional tablespoon of Apple Cider MapleVinaigrette on the side.
