Ingredients

Eggs
Salt and Pepper
Sour Cream
Chicken Breast
Chives
Terrapin Ridge Farms Sriracha Horseradish Sauce
Terrapin Ridge Farms Everything Aioli Sauce

Directions

First, sous vide your chicken breast. While that cooks, combine 2 eggs and 1 Tablespoon milk in a small bowl.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Melt 1-2 teaspoons olive oil or butter in a small skillet, then add the whisked eggs and scramble.
Evenly spread a thin layer of sour cream on your tortilla. Assemble burrito by topping with sous vide chicken, scrambled eggs, and chives.
Finish by drizzling a good amount of Terrapin Ridge Farms Sriracha Horseradish as well as Terrapin Ridge Farms Everything Aioli, the perfect combo! Cut in half and enjoy!
