Upside down Puff Pastry French Sandwich

Ingredients
Dijon Mustard
Sliced Virginia Ham
French Cheese or Brie cheese

Terrapin Ridge Farms Apple Maple Bacon Jam
Fresh Thyme Leaves
Puff Pastry
Eggs
Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Start by spreading 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
Layer with 1 slice of Virginia ham folded, 1 thick slice of Saint André French Cheese (you can also use Brie cheese).
Add a dollop of Apple maple Bacon jam, fresh thyme leaves, then lay a piece of puff pastry over everything.
Use the back of a fork to press and seal the pastry to the parchment paper. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle finely grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes util the pastry is golden and crispy. Let cool for 10 minutes then garnish with thyme sprigs. Hope you enjoy!
