First, create a sauce by combining Bacon Pepper Dip, butter, and seasoning together in small bowl.
Mix well and set aside. Tenderize and season wagyu beef.
Heat skillet on med/high with 1/2 tbsp butter. Cook steak to desired temp. Set aside and place cheese on top while warm.
In same pan, toss in thinly sliced onions and seasonings. Sauté until brown. Add provolone cheese until melted.
Build sandwich with the sauce you made, sliced steak, lettuce, onions, and cheese. Cut in half. Enjoy!
