Ingredients
1 large white onion, chopped
2 (15-ounce) cans artichoke hearts in water, drained
1 ½ cups Terrapin Ridge Farms Zingy Garlic Aioli
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
Gluten-free crackers and/or gluten-free crostini
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place the onion and drained artichoke hearts in a food processor and pulse several times. Add the Terrapin Ridge Farms Zingy Garlic Aioli and Parmesan and process until fully combined.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and starting to brown. Serve with crackers or crostini.
