Basic mashed potatoes with a spicy zing!
Suggestion: For an incredible dip for sushi, grilled chicken satay, or baked fish, mix 2 TBSP Soy Sauce with 4 TBSP Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Wasabi Sauce.

Ingredients
- 3 lbs Russet potatoes, peeled, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 3/4 cup Whole milk

2 ½ Tbsp Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Wasabi Sauce
- ¼ cup Butter
- ¾ cup Sour cream
Directions
Place potatoes in large pot of cold salted water. Boil until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain. Return to pot.
Mash. Combine milk, Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Wasabi Sauce in small bowl. Add to potatoes with butter.
