Though this seems more like a pepper jelly to me, I don't really care what it's called, because it's delicious! I love it on a pocketless pita with cream cheese. It's really good baked on chicken as well. Even though it has ghost pepper, it's not overwhelmingly spicy. I do really like spicy stuff, but I think anyone who has any kind of tolerance to heat would like this.
