We love the Hot pepper bacon sauce on meats…..and the Hatch chili jalapeno jam is great on cream cheese.

Absolutely delicious! I love all of Terrapin's jellies! They're fantastic for a glaze but my favorite is heated up & served over cream cheese with crackers, veggies and/or sliced apples.

Love your jams and sauces/glazes!! Ordered product I have not found in my local stores. The pineapple butter rum sauce…wow!! Used it on grilled pork tenderloin and grilled chicken. Excellent!!
The Smoky, maple, bacon, mustard spread on ribs before grilling. Huge hit with my crowd!! And finally your jams…I put them in the microwave and then glaze wings. Always a favorite!!!

Makes a great topper to my morning avocado toast with two soft cooked egg on top...a heaping of shredded cheese topped with the jam. Makes huge difference. When my grocery wa out of it several weeks in a row I took it into my own hands to order 3 jars of it directly from Terrapin Ridge. It came to me safely and quickly. Found a new use today when making a salmon burger. Glazed the salmon patty with the jam and it took it to another level of "unforgettable."
