I bought this because I couldn't imagine a mix of apple juice and horseradish. It is delicious! I can't taste the horseradish and it doesn't have that open your sinus effect. I highly recommend this jam. Don't be turned off by the name. Give it a try. You will likely love it!

Great taste of apple with just enough bite with the perfect amount of horseradish!

I bought a few Terrapin Farms products at the Ellsworth Cheese Cooperative Creamery in Wisconsin and absolutely loved them so I placed an mail order when we got back to Washington. So far my favorite is cranberry relish with grand marnier which we enjoyed over a wedge of warm brie. Personally I did not enjoy the apple maple bacon jam but I've thought of a few more ways to use it that sound promising. We have many more products to taste and I can't wait to do so. These are great products and the blends are so creative.

I use this as a dip or I cook with it.
