I tried two new products (new to me) and couldn’t have been more pleased with the flavor and texture of both the Cranberry Relish with Grand Marnier, and the delightful Pineapple Butter Rum sauce. The relish is perfect with roasted chicken or turkey, and a delicious topping for baked brie. We served the Pineapple Butter Rum sauce on a simple vanilla ice cream and it transformed into a buttery rich tropical dessert. The sauce would be an excellent addition to many desserts.
