I added a small amount of this to my homemade tamale sauce when I made shredded beef chuck tamales last Christmas. It toned down the heat from the chili sauce and added just a touch of sweetness to the chili sauce. Added a teaspoon of Raspberry Peach Chipotle sauce on the top of the tamale just to accentuate the flavor. So good!

We have been so pleased with your products. We've tried several of them and gave some away for gifts which I wish I had kept. Two of our favorites are your Apricot Ginger Teriyaki glaze. We had it on salmon and chicken and it was outstanding. We also love the Blueberry Pecan Bourbon jam. We're excited to try the other products we have purchased, everything is wonderful.
