I was looking for something different
I tried this syrup on two different things; polenta and pancakes. It surprisingly made the polenta taste more like squash, however, when I tried it with pancakes, It really wasn't sweet enough. I mixed it with maple syrup, and it added just enough sweetness to make the pancakes taste alot better. It turned out being a nice change.
