I purchased my first jar of Terrapin Ridge Farms Pepper Bacon Jam almost a year ago for a gift and also a small gifting pack. I didn’t try my jar until this summer and my oh my, what a wonderful treat! I used the the jam over softened cream cheese as an appetizer with crackers, it was eaten immediately. I also used it as a glaze on salmon, delicious! This fall I ordered multiple items to give as Christmas gifts, I’m sure they will be delicious.

The Raspberry Chipotle Sauce is just wonderful! We have tried it on lots of foods. Could really drink it from the bottle😄Will certainly order more. The bit of heat at the end gives your mouth a surprise.
