First let me commend the fast shipping. I ordered the Trio bacon jams and was upset when I thought the process was lackadaisical and sent an email expressing such. Well Im here to eat crow because not only did it show up on time as promised, the recipient was over the moon and loved it all! The jams are delicious and can be used so many ways!

Ordered a gift box for a family members birthday. Although I was not happy the gift message did not get included with the package, when it was delivered with a loose lid that had leaked into the box, the guys in service were quick to send out another replacement and make it right.
