We love the blueberry bourbon pecan and Raspberry amaretto mixed together with cream cheese.

This is an amazing berry jam that can be used in so many ways. The last time I mixed it in with my homemade yogurt to make drinking yogurt for my husband. It was amazing.

I have tried several of the Terrapin Ridge jams and I keep coming back to this one. The texture of the pecans and blueberries is very satisfying. Also, it is a little less on the sweet side, perhaps because the bourbon tempers the sugars, and I find that makes for a pleasing finish.

I baked a rich, dark chocolate cake and spread a thin layer of raspberry amaretto jam topped by a layer of silky almond buttercream in between two of the three layers. The rest of the cake was frosted with almond buttercream and garnished with raspberries. I cannot even express how much I love this jam. I can think of so many ways to use it.
