Hot Pepper Berry Bacon Jam

Had to refill my cupboards with all your good jam. Trying some squeeze bottles this time to. If I take an appetizer to a party using the hot bacon jam dish comes home empty.

This jam is a flavorful combination worth sharing with people who deserve a treat and the ones you love. I pack a few to take to my friends in Hawaii (as it has been requested because it is so good).

This is my 3rd purchase. I can't be without this amazing stuff. It's really good as a glaze on salmon, but my favorite way to enjoy it is as a topping on Goat cheese with Crackers. I mix about 2 Tbsp of jam & a can of whole cranberries with a spoon, then spoon it generously over the Goat cheese. Serve with crackers. I take it to every get together & everyone just raves about how good it is. Takes me about 30 seconds to make. Lol.

Try this jam on avocado toast. Or mixed into scrambled eggs. Or spread on a cheese sandwich (grilled or otherwise). Or topping roasted Brussels sprouts. Or with cream cheese on a bagel. It's simply delicious, with all the flavors nicely balanced.
