I received a wonderful Jam a few months ago from a friend and was very impressed with the taste: blueberry, bourbon, pecan - so I googled the company - terrapin Ridge and found their web page and ordered - the delivery charges are very reasonable for glass jars -, the selection is wonderful - and when I received my order there was this wonderful catalogue- right now I am tasting the sour cherry jam on German Rye Bread and On top of Creme cheese -. I've only tried the Apricot Ginger Teriyaki glaze which I like very much for dipping spring rolls. It has a little bit of heat and not a lot, which is great because I don't like spicy hot foods. I haven't received a review from the gift recipients yet about the other items that I sent.
