This sauce was excellent! I was amazed at how much you could taste the lime in it. It has a nice kick of spice too. I used it in a Mexican Lasagna and it was terrific!

I’m loving everything I’ve tried from this company! I used to purchase locally….. however, they stopped stocking the Truffle Aioli….. just happy that I can purchase everything directly from Terrapin Ridge!!

WE COOKED ANGUS T-BONE STEAKS (we own/ raise the steers) AND I TRIED THE HOT PEPPER BACON JAM AS A CONDIMENT. NOW I CAN TELL YOU THAT IS A TREAT! I USUALLY ONLY EAT A SMALL PORTION OF STEAK AND..." I CANT BELIEVE I ATE THE WHOLE THING". CANNNOT WAIT TO TRY THE OTHER ITEMS I PURCHASED. EVERYTHING IS GREAT!

I can't eat shrimp or salmon without the chili lime sauce. Yum!
