This stuff is so delish!! Only request would be that I wish I could find it in Albuquerque and didn’t have to order on line. Which is funny since Hatch chile is grown in New Mexico.

These products are great for cookouts or for adding flavor to your favorite foods.

Finally tried the Hatch Chili Cream Cheese Dip! So good! 😋😋😋 I had it on Ritz Hot Honey Crackers, my new favorite 😍
Also put some on Amylu chicken garlic meatballs 😋 This would be great with any veggies. Can't wait to try that!

The hot pepper bacon jam continues to be me and my family's favorite. We were excited about the cream cheeses as well, but the texture did not meet expectation. Its not firm like traditional cream cheese, nor a whip. Which is what I was looking for to use on my morning bagels. Rather, its more like a soft/gooey spread. Will stick to the jams. Great flavors!
