We marinated pork chops in this mustard then coated in chopped pecans and, sautéed in iron skillet - served with rice and baked apple in another TRF sauce. Honestly, TRF makes magic in a jar and me look like I attended culinary school in France. This mustard is a new staple.

I keep reordering it for myself and to gift to friends that comment on it. Love it on cold pork loin sandwiches, hot dogs and chicken.

And I am not sure how much more I can say than that. Simply the best.
Terrapin products are eclectic, masterfully refined, versatile, but most important… delicious.
If I name one product, I have to name them all and I’ll leave something out and that would not be fair.
I’m a condiment guy. Dips, sauces, toppings, jellies, and I cannot believe how long it took me to stumble over Terrapin Ridge.
Terrapin is like the pot of gold at the end of my condiment rainbow.
Simply… the Best.
