I’m a snob when it comes to salad dressing and I always prefer my own homemade olive oil and white balsamic vinegar with a drip of salt. I found this in my fridge, I think a guest brought it over recently. I tried it and wow- I’m going to let everyone know how delicious it is. It doesn’t taste like a bottled dressing- it tastes fresh and zingy and light. It is fabulous!
