We discovered this at The French Quarter Inn in Charleston during their Wine & Cheese Happy Hour. I thought ewww that sounds so gross. BOY WAS I WRONG! This is the most interesting, tasty condiment Ive ever had! It has a tinge of heat but paired w/ a brie or goat cheese it makes it addicting! I plan on using it as a burger topper, and can't wait to use it with a charcuterie board to impress my guests!
