We have bought several items from Terrapin Ridge. They have a great selection of unique jams. The raspberry amaretto jam is absolutely fantastic. It is by far the the best jam I have ever eaten!

We love the blueberry bourbon pecan and Raspberry amaretto mixed together with cream cheese.

This is an amazing berry jam that can be used in so many ways. The last time I mixed it in with my homemade yogurt to make drinking yogurt for my husband. It was amazing.

I have tried several of the Terrapin Ridge jams and I keep coming back to this one. The texture of the pecans and blueberries is very satisfying. Also, it is a little less on the sweet side, perhaps because the bourbon tempers the sugars, and I find that makes for a pleasing finish.
