Your Raspberry Amaretto Jam is the Absolute Best. I use it to make Ina Garten’s Raspberry Crumble Bars. It’s great on waffles and pancakes too.

We used this as the dressing for the salad course at our wedding. It paired beautifully with the apple, candied walnut, cranberry, and Gorgonzola.

I use this as a glaze on chicken and as a dressing in torn kale salad (with shredded broccoli, dried cranberries, and sunflower nuts). I bought it on a whim and couldn't be more pleased.
