This was a delightful purchase for cooking with and my pork loin roast was delicious. Added about a cup of Greek yogurt to the pan drippings (with onions and apples and dates) as the roast was resting and didn’t have to heat the drippings at all—just stirred the yogurt in and voila, instant sauce that paired beautifully with the roast pork and rice I served. Added a green salad with mandarins and pecans and this meal was company worthy and our company loved it.
