Found this Ina little country store in Southeast MO. I thought we could try it at Christmas with the family. I set it out on a charcuterie over a block of cream cheese. It was gone before guests arrived. DE-LICIOUS!!!
The jelly by itself is SO good. Then, you get a taste of smoky bacon. Over. The. Top!!!

This was a delightful purchase for cooking with and my pork loin roast was delicious. Added about a cup of Greek yogurt to the pan drippings (with onions and apples and dates) as the roast was resting and didn’t have to heat the drippings at all—just stirred the yogurt in and voila, instant sauce that paired beautifully with the roast pork and rice I served. Added a green salad with mandarins and pecans and this meal was company worthy and our company loved it.

Poured over a pork loin in crock pot. Dinner was absolutely delicious! So easy and flavorful!
